School Cancellation Notification For updated information regarding school cancellations due to inclement weather, please CLICK HERE Executive Director's Welcome It is my pleasure to welcome you to the NTDSE (Niles Township District for Special Education) website. NTDSE is a low incidence special education cooperative located in Morton Grove, IL. NTDSE provides special education programming to students residing in the nine elementary districts within Niles Township. The nine member districts have joined together to maximize their resources and provide a full continuum of special education services to our students. We are proud of the services we provide to our students and know without our families' support as educational partners, this would not be possible. We hope that you find our website useful.
